Refund policy


We want you to totally satisfied with your purchase. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a REFUND within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are reserved for customers who have selected this option at checkout. Unfortunately we do not issue return labels unless this option was selected at checkout. Returns and exchanges are at the buyer's expense unless you have paid for additional coverage at checkout.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt; there will be a $5.00 restocking fee per day thereafter.
  • Merchandise that are returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed with no makeup stains.
  • Merchandise must have all original poly bags and tags attached.
  • Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at via email at, stating the reason for the return and attaching photos of the item(s). We will also need to have a tracking number for your return to ensure that it was indeed returned to our returns location.


Items That Are Exempt From Returns & Exchanges

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Bodysuits, piercing jewelry, beauty products, undergarments, pantyhose, underwear, bras, lingerie, sunglasses/glasses swimwear; due to health and hygiene reasons.

Due to COVID-19 we will not be accepting sunglasses, hair products and facial products.

Additional non-returnable items

- Gift cards
- Personal items (bras, underwear, swimsuits as well as earrings)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to email to receive information on how you can initiate a refund or exchange. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable); 

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. A $5.00 restocking fee will apply for overdue receipts. 

Turnaround For Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received, we will confirm receipt via email. We will also notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund. If inspection of the merchandise checks out, we will process a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to your card/bank account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund. Contact us via email.

Sale items
Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We also allow size exchanges of the same item if you have chosen this insurance at checkout. Email to to receive information on how you can initiate an exchange.


We do not accept returns to our warehouses. You can request a return or exchange by sending us an email as noted above. If email is not accessible to you, you can write a letter to our head office.

Undeliverable Items

Please note that undeliverable items are not our responsibility. Customer must ensure that addresses are correct at checkout. Customer must accept items that have been shipped, as we do not accept returns to our warehouses. Any returns to our warehouse will not be refunded. Returns must be sent to our head office with return tracking number included.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item unless you have paid for additional coverage at checkout. The shipping costs of your purchase is non-refundable. Refunds are the total amount and the taxes, less the shipping fee. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning any items you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Having a trackable returned package is best, regardless of the amount spent.
