What is the return policy?

What are the shipping options?

We offer standard shipping as well as expedited shipping. International shipping is also available. Please reference our shipping page for more details.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

International taxes, duties, etc are all predetermined by country. You would need to contact your local customs department for more information.

When will I receive my order?

Orders arrive approx. 2-4 weeks from the date it has left our warehouse. Please keep in mind that there is a processing time of 3-5 business days.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you have not received your order within the turnaround time expected, email support at shopibaddie@gmail.com and we will have it investigated.


How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Due to our processing, you have a two hour window to cancel your order. once an order has been placed beyond this time it cannot be changed or cancelled.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

All of our products have their own respective sizing. Please refer to the product page of the item and measure it for the correct fit. If there is no sizing chart on a product page you can contact us for more information or assume that it is standard US sizing. All items are measured by hand and may be off by 1-2 cm.

How can I report a damaged item?

If item is damaged upon arrival, you must report this to us within 3 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Can sale items be returned?

We may occasionally offer discounts on our site. No refunds/price adjustments will be given for orders placed outside of the sale time frames. All sales are final on sale and discounted items.
